Also all notes of internal meetings, etc. After all, shining a full light on your activities is the best way to insure that you have no ulterior motives and have really honestly evaluated all available information.
There is of course a fundamental difference between transparency required under law for Government agencies and private individuals and organizations, as I’m sure you learned in your high school civics class.
