He also covers wind power’s “dirty little secret” regarding increased emissions In early 2010, ATI accurately predicted Administration’s move away from Climate Change and toward imposing job-killing renewables mandates via RES/RPS mandates, initiating analyses and legal research to combat such deficit-ballooning “green bailouts” - and was prepared to release the study detailing the massive costs of 15%, 20% and 30% national “clean” energy mandates the day after Obama’s “Green Bailout” State of the Union Address.

Green-Energy Activists Declare War on Rural Coloradans

Some lawmakers in Colorado want to increase the cost of electricity for all Coloradans, especially those in rural areas. Awaiting Gov. John Hickenlooper’s signature, SB 252would require rural electric cooperatives to dramatically increase the amount of electricity generated from renewable sources to 25 percent by 2020, up from the current mandate of 10 percent. This portends unambiguously higher electricity ratesfor Coloradans.
