Washington Post: Prince William County Hosts Important Global Warming Case
By Tom Jackman, Washington Post—While Attorney General Ken Cuccinelli was grabbing the headlines for his attempts to investigate a global warming researcher at the University of Virginia, a conservative group has quietly made far more inroads toward obtaining the researcher’s e-mails and correspondence. And the case now unfolding in Prince William Circuit Court in Manassas could have a lasting impact on how Virginia courts handle Freedom of Information Act requests to colleges, what protections are afforded to academic freedom, and whether those who question the human role in global warming are truly waging a battle for intellectual honesty.

Isn’t it just the height of irony that Dr. Michael Mann should be at Penn State University? And, their faculty senate whitewashed him in order to keep the Federal grant money coming! All of this man-caused “global warming” nonsense is predicated on false science. To wit:
CO2 is a “trace gas” in air, insignificant by definition, 1/7th the absorber of IR, heat energy, from sunlight as water vapor which has 80 times as many molecules captures 560 times as much heat for 99.8% of all “global warming.” CO2 does only 0.2% of it.
Carbon combustion generates 80% of our energy. Control and taxing of carbon would give the elected ruling class more power and money than anything since the Magna Carta of 1215 AD.
